I have been receiving the highest quality treatment and care at and with the Bon Secours Ghent Station Medical Associates. The physicians, technicians and staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough in their support and any follow up needed. I would particularly like to acknowledge and recognize my PCP, Dr. Tia Nelson and her team. I am a senior citizen and have seen many doctors over the years. None compare to Dr. Nelson. She has helped me tremendously over the years to manage my own wellness, to the extent that any patient can. I feel grateful but also empowered. Thanks again so much🙏🙏.

I’m a patient here I love my doctor, Dr Nelson but outside of that staff so rude front desk checkin people are so rude face balled up before you even get to ask a question, I been trying to get my medical referral for over a month it was faxed 3 times so they say still not received my condition is getting worse people answering doesnt care to get u to anyone that can help asked to speak to a manager it’s no one in office for me to talk to an wouldn’t give me any contact information, common sense would tell u if something has been faxed several times no success it’s obvious it’s something wrong and u would think someone would look into it no the patient just waits an suffer while making them aware several times the referral has not been received I’m so upset an disappointed only me is left to suffer with this and finally got a call back from the lady that sends the referral stating “she would call them because she not about to keep sending the same thing ! “ lol how rude when the first two times the referral was sent to the wrong doctor again nothing I did I been provided the correct doctor information! Told me I could come get it if I want ! Mind you I’m disabled and live in a whol

Dr. Tia Nelson is an exceptional physician. She is attentive, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. At every appointment, she takes the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and make sure I feel informed and supported. What I appreciate most is that I always feel seen, heard, and advocated for. She genuinely cares about her patients and never makes me feel rushed. Finding a doctor who combines professionalism with such a personal level of care is rare, and I am truly grateful to be under her care. Highly recommend!

I actually look forward to my appointments at Ghent Station Family Practice. The staff is very upbeat and professional. Dr. Chavez is just wonderful. He speaks with me as a person. He sincerely listens to what I have to say. He is very professional and pleasant.
